Q: When will I recieve my order?
Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days from time of order. When your order is shipped will receive an e-mail confirming the ship day.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes we do, however if you want to ship outside the U.S. or Canada you must contact us first.

Q: What are your shipping methods?
We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Next day, 2 day and 3 day service are also available. No delivery on Saturday and Sunday. We require a street address for all deliveries. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For APO-FPO boxes there will be an additional $10 charge to your order. We ship 2 day air to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Q: Will I be charged for redelivery of my order?
Charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information by the customer. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and our shipper corrects and delivers the package(s) you will be charged an additional $10.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped within NY State will have sales tax added to the invoice. If you are a New York State Exempt Organization then e-mail your "Exempt Organization Certificate" and you will not be charged sales tax.

Q: Is Internet shopping safe?
Yes. PayPal assures online visitors that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.

Q: What if I make a mistake on my order?
Returns and refunds are valid 45 days from purchase. All items sent back for a exchange will be charged the actual shipping cost upon return. ( No Service Fee.)

Q: Can I change my order after receiving confirmation?
All sales submitted online enter our system and are sometimes processed immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: What if an item is damaged or defective, what is your policy?
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival, if there is any damage note it with the carrier immediately. If you notice a defect notify us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
